Product introduction
The SBF series fine filter is a high-precision filter device consisting mainly of filter media, housing and fixtures. Principle of bag filter system

Product introduction
The SBD series bag filter is mainly composed of a filter bag, a filter frame and a casing. It is a simple, efficient and economical filter system. Because of its convenient operation, low cost, large processing capacity and high filtration precision, it is widely used in the filtration of petrochemical products, paints, food, beverages, sewage and so on. The SBD series of bag filters are suitable for filtration of any fine particles (<1000ppm) with an accuracy ranging from 1 to 1000μm and for liquid filtration from 1 to 1000m3/h.

Filter bag structure
1. There are basically three types of materials for micron-sized liquid filter bags:
1. Surface filter material: The synthetic stainless steel mesh material only plays the role of surface filtration. The single wire mesh material is a high-strength, easy-to-clean woven material, and its pore size can be kept unchanged after heat setting. Each wire is a monofilament. This filter material has a filtration rating of 25-800 microns.
2. Non-woven material: The filter bag structure consists of three-dimensional high-floating fibers with high flow rate and high impurity capture. Larger particles are captured by the filter bag surface, while fine particles are captured in the deep filter media with surface. The dual function of filtration and depth filtration.
3. Adsorption filter material: polypropylene fiber fusion-adhesive filter material, which has strong adsorption capacity, can remove oil and hydrocarbon pollutants from flowing liquid, and is made of low-pressure difference filtration process. The filter bag removes very fine solid particles and is highly efficient.
